  • Convivio Society Lecture and Art Exhibition
    Connecting Art, Anatomy, and Religion in the Italian Renaissance
    This lecture examines how religious works were influenced by the scientific endeavors of the Renaissance Masters. Afterward, guests are invited to enter the Hoehn Family Galleries to view the exhibit Christ: Life, Death, and Resurrection – Italian Renaissance Drawings and Prints from the British Museum with over 40 original drawings and prints by Italian Renaissance artists—including Michelangelo, Fra Lippo Lippi, and others—from the renowned collection of The British Museum.
